This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and dedicated to delivering outstanding service to Spanish-speaking customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting with their inquiries related to products, orders, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and general inquiries about the online retail platform.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team on customer trends and concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional campaigns to offer accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
- Enhance the customer experience by actively listening and responding to customer needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve complaints effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- A passion for online retail and helping customers find the products they need.
