Weight Loss Consultant

METABOLIC RESEARCH CENTER is searching for a full-time Health and Wellness Coach to add to our established center of Colorado Springs, CO. Hours vary but will need to be available to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am -1:00 pm. Averaging 35-38 hours per week. Pay is hourly plus commission.

A diverse set of skills are utilized in order to ensure client success beginning with the ability to inspire hope, ability to motivate clients to enroll on program, desire to educate and problem-solve with clients for an individualized weight loss experience. Interest in health, medical, weight loss, nutrition, physical fitness, counseling and/or customer service are desirable.

We are looking for:

Background in health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, nursing, cna, or coaching
Spanish speaking
Experience in weight-loss, medical spa, wellness clinic, or similar setting
Sales or consultative selling experience, comfort discussing program options and closing enrollments
Certification in health coaching, wellness, or fitness (preferred but not required)
Strong coaching and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
High level of hustle, motivation, and goal-driven energy
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
Ability to educate clients in a clear, supportive, and motivating way
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
