Japanese Speaking Consultant for IT Support & Tech Solutions Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to open a position for a Japanese Speaking Consultant in our Client's IT Support & Tech Solutions Department. In this pivotal Junior role, you will serve as the primary support contact for our Japanese-speaking clients, assisting them with their technical challenges and enhancing their overall experience with our tech solutions.

Your key responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting various IT issues, offering guidance on best practices, and conducting training sessions to help clients maximize the use of our technology offerings. Your effective communication skills and client-focused approach will be vital to building successful relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients seeking IT support and technology solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical inquiries and challenges
• Provide advice on best practices for utilizing technology solutions in client operations
• Conduct informative training sessions to enhance clients’ understanding of our IT products
• Document client interactions and maintain organized records of support provided
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service quality
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in IT support and technology

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT support principles and technology solutions is preferred
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support role is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with technical support tools and software is a plus
• A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to client satisfaction is highly valued
