We are currently searching for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Appliances Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and have a keen interest in home appliances, assisting Spanish-speaking customers with their needs and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding home appliances via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and service requests.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve service quality.
- Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.
- Gather feedback from clients to support ongoing service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the retail or home appliances sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
