We are currently searching for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Appliances Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and have a keen interest in home appliances, assisting Spanish-speaking customers with their needs and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding home appliances via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and service requests.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve service quality.
• Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.
• Gather feedback from clients to support ongoing service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the retail or home appliances sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
