We're Hiring: Dental Insurance Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator
What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Verify dental insurance benefits and coverage prior to appointments</li>
<li>Submit and track insurance claims efficiently and accurately</li>
<li>Follow-up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement</li>
<li>Explain insurance benefits and patient responsibilities clearly and compassionately</li>
<li>Maintain up-to date patient records and billing information</li>
<li>Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to optimize the patient experience</li>
</ul>
What We Are Looking For:
<ul>
<li>1+ year of experience in dental insurance coordination (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, codes and billing practices</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem solving skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail</li>
