Compensation: $180,000 $250,000 DOE

What You'll Do
- Template and Document Development: Assist users in creating customized legal provisions and collaborate with the Product Team to integrate those changes into our automated document system.

Legal Research & Compliance: Monitor regulatory and legislative changes across states, assess their impact, and update templates accordingly.

Quality Control & Enhancement: Maintain, audit, and continuously improve template content to ensure compliance with and adherence to private lending best practices.

Team Collaboration: Communicate consistently with the executive and product teams to track development milestones and align on priorities.
What You Bring

JD and licensed to practice law in the U.S. (Any of the 50 states)

Strong experience drafting complex legal agreements.

Ability to interpret and translate legal and technical concepts across teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AirTable or similar workflow tools is a plus.
- Background in real estate finance, commercial lending, or private lending is preferred, but not required.
Location Requirements
- Remote candidates will be considered if willing to travel to Irvine for:
- Two consecutive weeks of onboarding/training.
- One week per quarter thereafter (all expenses paid).
