Exciting Opportunity: Martial Arts Instructor in Gilbert, Arizona

We are seeking a passionate Martial Arts Instructor/Manager to inspire and train students of all ages, from children as young as 3 years old to adults. Position Overview
- Role: Full-Time Martial Arts Instructor/Manager
- Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
- Schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Some Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons
- Compensation:
- Starting salary: $4,000 per month
- Maximum salary: $4,000 per month, with eligibility for profit sharing for continued career and financial progression
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and safe martial arts classes for children (ages 3+) and adults, fostering skill development, confidence, and discipline.
- Create a positive, inclusive environment that encourages students to achieve their personal best.
- Develop lesson plans tailored to various skill levels and age groups.
- Provide personalized feedback to help students progress in their martial arts journey.
- Collaborate with our team to promote events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Opportunity to take on leadership roles, such as curriculum development or program management, for those interested in career growth.
Qualifications
- Martial Arts experience is reommended
- Highly recommended that you are physically fit.
- MUST be a non-smoker, non-vaper.
- Some experience teaching martial arts to children and/or adults is preferred but not required—passion and enthusiasm are key!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of all ages is a plus.
- Ability to create a fun, disciplined, and motivating class environment.
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and fostering a sense of community.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within our organization.
