Health Coach / Registered Dietitian
Specializing in PCOS, Perimenopause, and Menopause
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Health Coach or Registered Dietitian with expertise in women’s health—specifically in PCOS, perimenopause, and menopause. This role focuses on providing personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness guidance to support hormonal balance, weight management, and long-term health outcomes for women across different life stages.
Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to understand patient/client health history, symptoms, goals, and lifestyle.

Develop and implement individualized nutrition and lifestyle plans for women with PCOS, perimenopause, and menopause-related concerns.

Provide education on diet, supplements, and lifestyle strategies to balance hormones, improve metabolic health, and support weight management.

Collaborate with medical providers (NPs, physicians, and wellness staff) to ensure integrated care.

Track progress and adjust plans as needed, offering continuous motivation and accountability.

Deliver group workshops, webinars, or classes on women’s health, nutrition, and wellness.

Stay current on evidence-based practices in hormonal health, functional medicine, and integrative nutrition.

Document client interactions, progress, and outcomes according to clinic standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Coaching, or a related field.

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential preferred; Health Coach certification accepted with relevant women’s health experience.

Specialized knowledge and experience in PCOS, perimenopause, and menopause.

Training in functional nutrition, integrative health, or hormonal health highly desirable.

Strong communication and motivational skills with a client-centered approach.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with weight management, insulin resistance, and metabolic health.

Knowledge of supplements and lifestyle interventions for hormonal balance.

Comfort using digital platforms for telehealth and client communication.

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
