Depending on experience, you can make $19.25 - $20.25/hour. We also have a terrific benefits package that includes:

WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Closely inspecting steel tools, components, and engineering materials to ensure they meet specifications, quality standards, and company guidelines
  • Using various measurement tools to complete quality inspections (calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc.)
  • Identifying defects, documenting issues, and making recommendations to prevent further problems
  • Maintaining accurate product records for audits and quality control tracking
  • Working with engineering, production, and quality teams to address issues, optimize processes, and support a seamless workflow
  • Identifying ways to continuously improve our processes and elevate product quality


YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Quality Inspector works the 1st shift, typically from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm.


QUALITY INSPECTOR REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks with few breaks
  • Strong knowledge of measurement tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • PREFERRED - quality inspection experience within steel, tooling, or engineering industries
  • PREFERRED - familiarity with ISO standards and industry regulations
