About Us:
Corktown Taphouse is a new and exciting destination featuring 76 self-pour taps, scratch-made food, duckpin bowling, and AR darts. We’re building a team of reliable, motivated leaders who want to grow with us as we continue to expand.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Lead Shift Supervisor to join our team. This is a keyholder role, meaning you will be trusted to open and close the building, oversee staff during your shifts, and ensure smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who has strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and is comfortable making decisions on the floor.
Responsibilities:

Open or close the restaurant according to procedures

Supervise staff during service and delegate tasks as needed

Ensure excellent guest service and step in to resolve issues when necessary

Manage cash handling, daily deposits, and end-of-shift reports

Oversee cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards

Support bartenders, servers, and kitchen team as needed

Communicate shift updates to management
Requirements:
-
Prior experience in restaurants/bars in a supervisory or shift lead role

Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of handling a keyholder position

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25–30 lbs
