Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who’s ready to learn the fundamentals of operating an HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel) thermal spray system. This Manufacturing Associate position is a great opportunity to break into the coatings, aerospace, or manufacturing industry with hands-on training and support from experienced technicians.Manufacturing Associate Job Duties:
- Learn the basics of HVOF equipment setup, operation, and shutdown
- Assist with preparing parts, masking, and handling materials
- Follow safety procedures for working with high-temperature and high-pressure equipment
- Monitor coating processes and record basic data
- Help maintain a clean, organized spray booth and work area
- Support senior technicians with routine coating tasks
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pmPay: $22-$24 per hourManufacturing Associate Job Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude (hand tools, equipment setup, calipers)
- Previous industrial or machine-operation experience is a bonus but not required
