LHH is looking for a skilled and motivated Paralegal to become a vital part of our growing Corporate Legal team. Based in Jacksonville, this role will support our attorneys with a wide range of corporate and business transactional work, primarily serving clients throughout Florida.

If you have experience in business law, corporate formations, or transactional support, we want to talk to you! We also welcome applicants with litigation or real estate paralegal backgrounds who are eager to transition into corporate work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with the formation and maintenance of business entities such as corporations and LLCs

  • Prepare and review governing documents, contracts, and related legal materials

  • Organize and manage corporate records and filings

  • Support business transactions and legal research

  • Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional, clear manner

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of paralegal experience in corporate, litigation, or real estate law

  • Certified Paralegal credential preferred—or the willingness to pursue certification

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively

  • Discretion and professionalism when working with confidential information

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools

  • College degree is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
