What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds and amenities</li>
<li>Perform light maintenance tasks including cleaning vacant units and work orders</li>
<li>Respond to resident and team requests promptly and courteously</li>
<li>Help manage tools, supplies, and equipment inventory</li>
<li>Follow all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>1+ year of related experience or training</li>
<li>Ability to walk the property, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and work outdoors in all weather</li>
<li>Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic</li>
