We are a Boutique Law Firm in the Montrose area seeking a self-motivated Administrative Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a multitude of legal support services under the direct supervision of the Principal Attorney and Office Manager.

Salary: $19/hr
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 8am - 5pm / Mon. - Fri.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Language: English (Required)
MS Office: 3 years (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years in an office environment (Law Firm Preferred)
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
* Communicating directly with Clients, Government Agencies, Law Offices, and Court Staff.
* Setting up internal Client Files,
* Download/Upload documents to/from Client Portals and Court Websites,
* Document Review,
* Drafting/Responding Legal Pleadings.
SKILLS:
* MS Office Suite
* Data Entry
* Knowledge of legal procedure
* Strong Organizational Skills
* Ability to multitask and juggle multiple activities
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
This job requires a moderately high degree of writing, typing, and communication skills. For this reason, we require a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma
