WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

Schedule: Monday to Friday (NO weekends!)

The Role: As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in guiding customers through the car-buying process. Your day will consist of:

Engaging with prospective buyers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicle options.
Managing leads and follow-ups to build lasting customer relationships.
Assisting with deal structuring, financing options, and CRM management to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
Collaborating with the sales team to meet performance goals while providing exceptional service.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

3+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of sales experience
Experience in automotive sales
Familiarity with deal structuring, financing, title work, and CRM systems
