Megeredchian Law is a personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing Pre-Litigation team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather relevant information and assess their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized case management plans tailored for each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and records.
• Monitor case progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for clients.
• Manage property damage claims from initiation to resolution.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a personal injury law firm as a case manager with like responsibilities.

**Candidates with no prior experience will not be considered**

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems. CASEpeer is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
