What You'll Do
As a Cashier Trainer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our team delivers top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Training and mentoring new and existing cashiers to meet company standards.
- Developing and implementing effective training materials and techniques.
- Monitoring cashier performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assisting in resolving customer inquiries and concerns at the register.

- 5+ years of experience in a cashier or related role, with a focus on customer service.
