Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating Citizen L20, L220, M32, and K16 machines, making program edits using GibbsCAM and ESPRIT software, and ensuring quality standards are met through in-process inspection and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Set up Citizen L20, L220, M32, and K16 machines.
- Make program edits using GibbsCAM and ESPRIT software.
- Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Work from various blueprints to manage the full process, including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes.
- Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to the supervisor.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of CNC Swiss setup experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Fluency in G & M code and ability to edit programs.
- High level of blueprint reading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with shop math.
- Proficiency with measuring tools.
- Experience in numerical control and CNC Swiss.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93000.00/yr.
