Tumbles is looking for a Lead Coach who is fun, friendly, and loves to work with young families. Do you want to have a blast at work each day by inspiring the smiles on dozens of young faces? Do you have a love for wellness and fitness? Do you want to give back to your community? If so, this job is for you! This teaching position means that YOU get to set the tone for the facility and create the fun, clean, and exciting environment that kids love! You will be in charge of teaching fundamental programs (from parent participation classes to gymnastics and ninja warrior training classes) and parties for kids ages 4 months to 12 years old. What we expect from our Lead Coach- Know all about our curriculum and GREAT programs for young kids
-Be proficient in programs and pricing and confident in ability to sell them to families
-Great at communication with assistants and parents- Able to instruct and interact with students and parents in an ENERGETIC and FUN gym environment in an outgoing, bubbly, friendly, and caring way. Be SILLY and FUN and make kids and parents LAUGH!- Multi-tasker: ability to run activities for kids, while keeping the environment fun and clean, and be able to delegate smaller tasks to class assistants. - Background in children’s programming, fitness, gymnastics, dance, theater, cheer, sports or related fields.- Social Media knowledge and proficiency is a plus- Ability to work weekends
Essential Job Functions:- Outgoing, welcoming, bubbly, friendly, ability to clearly communicate- Friendly, positive attitude - lot’s of high-5’s and fist-bumps will be given!- Strong work ethic- Ability to multi-task- Reliable with consistent transportation- Clean background check
