We are hiring for entry level Production Associates at our Gnadenhutten, OH facility. This is a long-term opportunity that offers paid, on the job training and offers plenty of room for advancement.
We invented and brought insulated vinyl siding to the marketplace and we pride ourselves in providing our customers with top quality products. We know that our employees make this possible, so we invest and value our entire team!
Production Associate pay:
- $20.00/hr + $1.00 shift differential
Production Associate shifts:
- Monday-Friday – we work 8hr, 9hr or 10hr shifts based on production needs.
- All employees MUST be available to work 1st or 3rd shift!
- 1st shift hours: 7:00am–3:30pm, 7:00am–4:30pm 7:00am–5:30pm
- 3rd shift hours: 10:30p–7:00am, 9:30pm–7:00am, 8:30pm–6:00pm
Production Associate job duties:
- Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
- Working with Insulated Vinyl
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma
- Excellent Attitude and Work Ethic
- Able to Pass a Drug Test and a Background Check
- Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver’s License
