Real Estate Associate Attorney – 5th Year+
Direct Counsel is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a premier Am Law–level firm in Los Angeles. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with at least five years of substantive real estate transactional experience and a strong background in handling complex deals.
Role Overview The incoming associate will work across a broad range of sophisticated transactions, including:

Acquisitions and dispositions

<li>
Purchase and sale agreements
</li>
<li>
Real estate finance
</li>
<li>
Joint venture transactions
</li>
<li>
Hospitality-related matters (a plus, not required)
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Minimum of five years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm
</li>
<li>
Strong academic credentials
</li>
<li>
Prior experience drafting and negotiating deal documents
</li>
<li>
Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred
</li>
<li>
Hospitality experience is welcome but not mandatory
</li>
</ul>
Compensation
The anticipated annual salary range for this role is $365,000 to $435,000, depending on experience and other relevant factors.
