An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Reno, NV area for an individual with 2+ years’ experience as a Defense Attorney with a background in insurance or workers compensation. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:
· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active Nevada Bar license in good standing is REQUIRED
· 2–8 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or workers’ compensation defense is REQUIRED
· Courtroom, deposition, and case management experience is PREFERRED
· Strong research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills is PREFERRED
· Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with professionalism and attention to detail is PREFERRED
· Familiarity with billing practices and legal case management systems is PREFERRED
