Job DescriptionSalary: $20 - $30/Hr based on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Hydrodemolition Operator to join our team as we continue pioneering the industry while delivering peace of mind to our clients. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and ready to take on the challenges of operating cutting-edge hydrodemolition equipment across diverse job sites nationwide.


Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate hydrodemolition robots and high-pressure pump systems in accordance with company standards.
  • Use hydrodemolition hoses and attachments to effectively remove membranes and concrete at specified depths.
  • Support cleanup operations and manage hydrodemolition debris and water control.
  • Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment, including fluid checks, hose inspections, and filter cleaning.
  • Maintain accurate job records, including mileage, fuel usage, hours worked, and production details.
  • Adhere to all DOT regulations and internal safety protocols.
  • Provide site-specific feedback to support our culture of Relentless Communication and project excellence.

Requirements:

  • CDL-A preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and MVR review.
  • Successful completion of a DOT physical and possession of a valid DOT Medical Examiners Card.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. and working in demanding environments.
  • Willing and able to travel across the U.S. as project needs dictate.
  • Mechanical experience, especially with diesel engines and basic electrical troubleshooting.
  • Prior experience in hydrodemolition or hydro-cleaning is highly desirable.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing work conditions, with a Promise Less Amaze More mindset.
