Commercial Litigation Paralegal
We are a cohesive and collaborative boutique firm corporate law firm looking for a paralegal to join our Newport Beach office.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support our legal team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of legal tasks, including complex litigation matters. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and filings
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Assist in the preparation for arbitration and litigation proceedings
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Paralegal certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Experience with complex litigation and arbitration processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
