Are you a detail-driven paralegal with a passion for litigation and a strong foundation in creditors rights or bankruptcy law? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to join a dynamic legal team in Tampa, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases from inception to resolution, supporting attorneys in high-impact litigation matters.
What You’ll Do

Draft and refine legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery materials.

Manage filings in both state and federal courts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Support trial preparation with exhibits, charts, and deposition summaries.

Conduct legal research using platforms like PACER, Westlaw, and Lexis.

Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and experts while managing critical deadlines.
What You Bring
-
3–7 years of litigation experience, with exposure to creditors rights or bankruptcy preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification.

Strong command of civil procedure and electronic court filing systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with e-discovery tools and trial presentation software is a plus.
