Job Description

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

  • Handle billing, collections, and weekly timekeeping using Aderant & Intapp

  • E-file court documents and prepare trial materials across multiple jurisdictions

  • Maintain case files for active matters and support ongoing cases

  • Draft and format legal documents (memos, discovery, pleadings, etc.)

  • Manage calendars, docketing, and travel coordination

  • File, maintain, and index legal documents efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Commercial litigation and/or complex defense litigation experience (required)

  • Strong skills in legal formatting, document prep, and proofreading

  • Proficiency in Aderant, Intapp, and MS Office Suite

  • Familiarity with e-Filing in state/federal courts and multidistrict litigation

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (HS diploma or GED required)

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
