Locations: Charlotte, NC & Fort Mill/Indian Land, SC (Must be willing to travel to both locations multiple times per week)
Full-Time | Salary + Bonuses | $80,000+ Potential

We’re now hiring a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive growth, and build a motivated, high-performing team.

Position Overview:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of spa operations, team performance, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can manage staff, drive sales, solve problems, and maintain high standards—while embodying a calm, welcoming presence in a wellness-focused environment. Must be a self starter who thrives with minimal handholding as owners are mostly absentee but will be available when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across two spa locations (Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC)

  • Lead team performance, motivation, and accountability

  • Drive sales of memberships, gift cards, and float packages

  • Interview, hire, train, and, when necessary, terminate staff

  • Manage employee scheduling, performance reviews, and shift coverage

  • Ensure all customer emails and service issues are handled promptly and professionally

  • Maintain cleanliness standards and assist with occasional deep cleaning

  • Perform light equipment maintenance and troubleshoot float pod issues

  • Support a healthy, calm, and positive work environment aligned with our wellness mission

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management experience preferred (spa, wellness, retail, or hospitality preferred)

  • Experience in interviewing, hiring, and performance management

  • Strong sales and customer service background

  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight

  • Willingness to participate in daily cleaning and equipment support tasks

  • Flexible availability (evenings/weekends required)

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between both locations weekly
