Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Preschool Dance and Gymnastics Instructor (20-30hrs/week)
Rhythm Dance & Gymnastics is looking for a joyful, dependable, and energetic Preschool Dance and Gymnastics instructor to join our growing team! If you love working with little ones and creating magical moments through movement, this is the role for you.
About the Role
We are seeking an instructor who can lead fun, imaginative and engaging classes for children ages 2-5. This territory may also include classes for students ages 6-12 years old (Hip-hop). Our ideal candidate brings warmth, patience, creativity and excellent classroom management and knows how to balance structure with play,
Responsibilities
- Teaching weekly preschool classes using age appropriate techniques and Rhythm curriculum
- Create a positive, encouraging and joyful class enviroment
- Communicate with parents in a professional manner
- Arrive prepared and on time to teach class
- Support our studio values of confidence, kindness and growth
What we're looking for
- Experience working with young children (teaching or childcare)
- Background in dance (ballet, creative movement, jazz, tap etc..)
- Background in gymnastics ( basic movements)
- Reliable Transportation (you will be driving to various locations!)
- Ability to follow a structured curriculum while keeping class fun and imaginative
Locations
Classes are held at partnered daycares and montessori schools in Tomball, Cypress & North Katy.
Hours & Pay
- Consistent Monday thru Friday
- 20-30hrs/week (potential to grow!)
- $15/hr
