Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients navigate mental health challenges, skilled in evidence-based modalities, and committed to professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
- Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and insurance requirements.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision opportunities.
- Provide telehealth services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active license as an LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist in Michigan.
- Experience with children, adolescents, family therapy
- Experience with either family systems, CBT, trauma-informed care, EMDR, and children/adolescents preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based clinical practice.
