The UPS Store is the world’s largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal, printing, and business service centers. Our location is fast-paced, customer-focused, and team-driven. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Associate.
Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with shipping, printing, and business needs.

Accurately process shipments, packaging, mailbox services, and retail transactions.

Operate and maintain printing, copying, and finishing equipment.

Pack and prepare items for shipment according to UPS guidelines.

Assist with inventory, stocking, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Handle phone and email inquiries in a professional manner.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

Customer service or retail experience a plus (UPS Store experience not required—training provided).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet).

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
