Superior Fence & Rail Suffolk is an industry leader seeking a Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a commission role where your income is driven entirely by your performance—no cap, no ceiling.

Candidate must live within the territory
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Learn and execute Superior Fence & Rail’s proven, structured selling system
-
Conduct in-home consultations and present product solutions
-
Build value and close sales using features & benefits selling
-
Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize close rates
-
Network and generate referrals to supplement provided leads
-
Set and manage appointments to meet or exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
-
3–5 years of outside sales experience
-
2–3 years of in-home sales experience (strongly preferred)
-
Comfortable working evenings and some weekends
-
Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
-
High integrity, professionalism, and trust-building ability
-
Self-motivated with a closer mentality
-
Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace preferred)
-
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Reliable transportation
-
Ability to pass background and drug screening (no felony convictions)
