Superior Fence & Rail Suffolk is an industry leader seeking a Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a commission role where your income is driven entirely by your performance—no cap, no ceiling.

Compensation & Perks

  • 70% commission – uncapped earning potential

  • No cold calling – leads provided through:

    • National home improvement retail partnerships

    • Home builders & general contractors

  • Paid training

  • Gas card provided 30–90 days post-training

Territory

  • Suffolk County & Eastern Nassau

  • Candidate must live within the territory

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn and execute Superior Fence & Rail’s proven, structured selling system

  • Conduct in-home consultations and present product solutions

  • Build value and close sales using features & benefits selling

  • Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize close rates

  • Network and generate referrals to supplement provided leads

  • Set and manage appointments to meet or exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience

  • 2–3 years of in-home sales experience (strongly preferred)

  • Comfortable working evenings and some weekends

  • Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills

  • High integrity, professionalism, and trust-building ability

  • Self-motivated with a closer mentality

  • Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass background and drug screening (no felony convictions)
