About Us:
Block LLP is expanding and searching for a personal injury Case Manager to join our legal team. We are seeking only the most capable and driven professionals to join our organization and help us deliver the highest quality service to our clients.
Position Overview:
This position will play a critical role in managing a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a compassionate and client-focused approach. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and committed to excellence in every aspect of case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of their case.
- Coordinate medical treatment for clients and maintain ongoing communication regarding progress.
- Collect and review medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documentation.
- Assist attorneys with case development and pre-litigation preparation.
- Draft demand letters and organize settlement packages.
- Ensure that all case information is accurately documented and updated in the case management system.
- Track case deadlines and follow up with third parties (e.g., providers, insurance adjusters).
- Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining professional communication.
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00/hr
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a case manager in personal injury law (plaintiff-side strongly preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in case management software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
