Helping clients with hygiene needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Assisting with mobility: helping clients move around, transfer from bed to wheelchair, etc

Supporting clients with exercises and physical therapy routines, as directed.

Preparing and serving nutritious meals based on dietary requirements.

Assisting clients with eating, if necessary.

Monitoring food and fluid intake, reminding clients to take their medications at the prescribed times, ssisting with medication if permitted by law and under supervision.
