Position Overview
Award winning personal injury law firm based out of Kentucky is seeking to add a Trial Attorney and Associate Attorney to join their pre-litigation and litigations team in both Louisville and Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years practicing personal injury and will be barred in IN or KY. The majority of our cases are focused on automobile accidents with the occasional dog bites and premises cases thrown in.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases and provide expert legal advice
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues related to personal injury claims
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Manage case files and maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
- Conduct depositions and gather evidence to support the client's case
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, aiming for the best possible outcomes
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management
Qualifications
- Jurisdictionally licensed to practice law with a Juris Doctor degree
- Proven experience (2+ years) in personal injury law
- Strong skills in conducting depositions and gathering evidence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with trial procedures and litigation processes is a plus
