Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support through phone, email, and live chat in German.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to online orders, product information, and account management.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Process returns and exchanges in compliance with company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to best assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with online retail processes and related systems is advantageous.
