The Opportunity:
As our Construction Litigation Attorney, you'll be at the forefront of high-stakes cases, working with a team of accomplished legal professionals. You'll leverage your expertise to navigate complex construction and surety matters while developing your skills and advancing your career.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to build winning case strategies
- Draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs that persuade judges and juries
- Manage multiple construction and surety cases with precision and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and expert guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to prepare for trials and negotiate settlements
What We're Looking For:
- At least one (1) year of litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license (Required)
- Proven experience in litigation
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Willingness to commute to or relocate near Irvine, CA 92614 (Required)
Bonus Points:
