We are a highly respected full-service law firm located in the heart of downtown Cleveland. For over 60 years, we have built our reputation on providing sophisticated, client-focused legal services across a wide range of practice areas. We are seeking an accomplished Litigation Partner to join our team and further strengthen our litigation practice.
Position Overview
The Litigation Partner will play a key leadership role in expanding and managing complex litigation matters for the firm's diverse client base, which includes corporations, closely held businesses, and individuals. The ideal candidate will bring strong trial and courtroom experience, a history of business development, and a proven track record of success in handling high-stakes disputes.
Offer:
Salary:$130,000 to $165,000
Key Responsibilities
-Represent clients in complex commercial, business, and civil litigation matters.
-Develop and execute litigation strategies from case inception through trial and appeal.
-Lead and mentor a team of associates and paralegals.
-Engage in business development and maintain a strong book of business.
-Provide exceptional client service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
-J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to the Ohio Bar required.
-8+ years of litigation experience, with significant first-chair trial experience.
-Established client base or portable book of business strongly preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and lead litigation teams.
-Strong communication, analytical, and advocacy skills.
