Job Summary
We are seeking a skilledControls Engineerto provide hands-on support for manufacturing operations, focusing on PLC and computer-based control systems, electrical/mechanical interfaces, and production equipment. This role also involves designing and implementing new automation solutions from concept to production rollout, including training and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot automated manufacturing control systems.
- Program and maintain PLC systems (Allen Bradley RSLogix ControlLogix, CompactLogix).
- Work with TransAction Manager Software and Siemens automation platforms.
- Collaborate on projects involving electrical/mechanical equipment and control interfaces.
- Develop documentation and training materials for implemented systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred.
- 25 years of experience in programming automated manufacturing control systems.
- Proficiency in PLC ladder logic, Allen Bradley RSLogix, TransAction Manager Software, and Siemens.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio VB programming, electrical/mechanical equipment, analog/digital devices, NEC standards, and CAD is a plus.
- Must pass a drug/alcohol screening and background check.
