For immediate hire: Paralegal with litigation experience for law firm that specializes in personal injury, workers compensation, real estate/construction litigation and probate litigation. Strong writing skills and knowledge of obtaining medical records, preparing medical summaries, answering discovery, handling liens, drafting basic pleadings is a must have. Ideal candidate is someone that wants a permanent career home and long term employment. Pay based on experience and skills. 401k, paid vacation, employer match, some flexibility, hours are 8:30 to 5:30 M-F. Will pay salary or hourly based on agreed work schedule.
