CIM Motorsports, a reputable automotive service center specializing in Porsche, Audi, BMW, and Mercedes vehicles, is seeking an experienced Auto Technician/Mechanic to join our team in Orange County, NY. We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in servicing these luxury car brands. However, we are also open to hiring an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about these vehicles and is willing to learn through on-the-job training, including recent graduates from an automotive school. Pay is competitive and will depend on your experience and skills. We will discuss during the interview.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostic testing, and repairs on Porsche, Audi, BMW, and Mercedes vehicles.

Collaborate with the service team to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with manufacturer standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Communicate effectively with service advisors, parts department, and customers regarding vehicle issues, service recommendations, and repair progress.
Qualifications:

Experience as an auto technician/mechanic, preferably with a focus on Porsche, Audi, BMW, and Mercedes vehicles.

Alternatively, a recent graduate from an automotive school with a strong desire to learn and work on luxury car brands.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with colleagues and customers.
