Seeking Full Time Paralegal

Established mid-size Center City Philadelphia Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm seeking full-time Paralegal with Personal Injury law experience. Flexible work schedule and the ability to work from home one day per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in Personal Injury law.

Job Duties will include:

Answering Interrogatories with clientsAnswering Requests for Production of DocumentsGather DocumentsScheduling DepositionsScheduling expert examsCalendaring eventsFiling Pleadings, Motions & MemosOther duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum of 1-5 years of Paralegal experienceStrong PC skillsExcellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with firm personnelHigh degree of professionalism and punctualityExcellent written communication skills including accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation,Professional and courteous demeanorKnowledge of litigation documents (preferred)Teamwork orientedThe ability to work independently/sort priorities with minimal direct supervision.Bi-Lingual, Spanish Speaking preferred

Salary commensurate with experience.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Philadelphia, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Personal Injury Litigation paralegal: 2 years (Required)
