We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Production and Order Management team. Role Overview:

The Production & Order Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our production and sales order management teams. You will be a central point of contact for various tasks, ensuring a seamless flow from initial order and data entry to final shipment. This position requires a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Order & Data Management:

· Enter and maintain order information, product details, and customer records in our systems

· Ensure data is accurate and up to date, keeping everything consistent across platforms.


Production & Vendor Coordination:

· Serve as a key liaison with our overseas agents and factories to ensure the production schedule stays on track.

· Assist in managing the production calendar and key milestones for large customer orders.

· Work with 3rd party lab to ensure all purchase orders have passed regulatory testing.

· Manage customer sample requirements and sample shipping.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Associate degree or equivalent work experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

· Strong proficiency in data entry and exceptional attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· A proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

Compensation dependent on experience $50,000-$65,000/yearly
