Part-Time | Weekday Afternoons | No Experience Required
If you like working with kids, being active, and not sitting at a desk all day, this is a solid gig.
We run structured, high-energy youth sports programs for kids ages 4–14 across local schools and community sites. You show up, coach, have fun, and leave the planning and parent emails to us
What You’ll Actually Do
- Coach small groups of kids in golf, tennis, or pickleball
- Follow a clear, proven curriculum (we train you)
- Keep kids engaged, moving, and having fun
- Set up and break down simple equipment
- Be a positive role model and steady presence
No drills pulled out of thin air. No angry parents. No guessing what to do next.
Schedule
- Mostly weekday afternoons
- Typical shifts run 1–3 hours
- Great fit for:

- Anyone who wants meaningful, active work without full-time hours
Pay
- $18–$25/hour, based on role and experience
- Paid training
- Opportunities to pick up more hours through camps, leagues, or subbing

- Background in sports helps, but not required

Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to arrive on time and stay engaged the whole session
