Litigation Paralegal - St. Petersburg, FL
A well-established law firm in St. Petersburg is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation, particularly in insurance defense and personal injury matters. - Competitive base salary range of $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
- 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation
- Proficiency with Florida state and federal court rules and procedures
- Experience with e-filing and litigation support software
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines
- Excellent communication, writing, and research skills
- Trial preparation and courtroom support experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial
- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence
- Organize and manage case files, including electronic discovery and document production
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Summarize depositions, medical records, and other documents for attorney review
- Prepare trial notebooks, witness files, and exhibits for court proceedings
- Provide direct support during trial as needed
