Production Supervisor- $75,000-$77,000

Job Description:
Production & Efficiency: Oversee line setup, machine adjustments, and ensure product quality and efficiency while identifying improvement opportunities in methods, equipment, and workflow.
Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and motivate team members, enforce safety and company policies, and work cross-functionally with departments like QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
Systems & Safety: Train staff on ERP and OEE systems, drive safety culture through hazard analysis and PPE compliance, and support a servant-leader and customer-centric environment.
Preferred Background & Skills
Strong Personal & Professional Traits: Energetic, accountable, detail-oriented leader with integrity, a customer-centric mindset, and a “no excuses” attitude.
Proven Performance & Skills: Track record of workplace improvements, excellent references, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, communication, and cross-functional leadership.
Experience & Education: 5+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years in supervision, high school diploma required (college preferred), and experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP systems.
