Plating Operator

• Schedule: M-F (7:00am – 3:45pm)

Description:
The Plating Operator will work within a plating department able to perform plating operations predetermined by the plating department supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plating operations: washing, dipping, rinsing, and drying of components in plating baths
• Inspect plated parts for quality issues such as uneven finish, discoloration, or defects
• Assist with related duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent hand and eye coordination.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and prioritization understanding.
• Ability to read work tickets, good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time.
• Adherence to safety protocols/OSHA guidelines
• Comfortable working in a hot environment (temperature)
