Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
What You’ll Do:
- Work inbound and company-provided seller leads — no cold calling or door knocking
- Evaluate property values using comps, market data, and site-level insights
- Build rapport with sellers, negotiate terms, and manage the sales process from start to finish
- Use our CRM daily to track your pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline transactions and get deals closed
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
- Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
- 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

- Have at least 1 year of experience in acquisitions or residential sales
- Are confident in communicating over the phone and handling objections
