Quality Assurance Technician (Weekend Shift - Fri, Sat, Sun)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team on the weekend shift. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that our food manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and regulations, ultimately contributing to the production of safe and high-quality products.

6am-6:30pm or 6:30am-7pm Enjoy Monday through Thursday off! Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and processes to ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP standards.
- Document findings and maintain accurate records of inspections and testing results.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and SOPs.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
- Support the creation and execution of test plans and regression testing for quality assurance of new products.
- Utilize defect tracking tools to monitor and report on product quality issues.
Qualifications
- HACCP Certification is required.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software testing and defect tracking processes is a plus.
- Experience in developing test plans and conducting regression testing is desirable.
