Litigation Attorney
\nVirginia | Hybrid | $125,000 – $140,000

\nA fast-growing law firm specializing in family and estate planning is seeking a Litigation Attorney to represent clients in court proceedings, manage legal strategy, and drive case outcomes. \nKey Responsibilities:

    \n\t
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations\n\t
  • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts\n\t
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis\n\t
  • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel\n\t
  • Stay informed on changes in laws and procedures relevant to litigation and family law\n\t
  • Manage a dynamic caseload and meet all case-related deadlines\n\t
  • Develop legal strategies and participate in firm-wide case collaboration\n\t
  • Represent the firm in professional organizations and legal associations\n

\nQualifications:

\n\n

    \n\t
  • J.D. from an accredited law school\n\t
  • Active admission to the Virginia State Bar\n\t
  • 3–5 years of litigation experience (family law preferred)\n\t
  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills\n\t
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail\n\t
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion\n\t
  • Knowledge of Virginia court procedures\n
