Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat communications in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding grocery delivery orders, product availability, and service details.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and delivery personnel to enhance overall service quality.
• Stay informed about the latest products and services offering to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a grocery or retail environment, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Interest in grocery delivery services and the retail industry is advantageous.
